Our tiered AMC plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) cover scheduled preventive maintenance, 24/7 priority support, SLA-backed response (2-24 hours), spare-parts pool, firmware updates and quarterly health reports. One AMC covers cabling, CCTV, access control, networking, PABX, gates, hosting and email — replacing fragmented vendor relationships.
Can you work alongside our main contractor on an active site?
Yes. Most of our projects are delivered as a nominated or domestic subcontractor under a main contractor. We provide RAMS, RFIs, snag-list responses and as-built drawings in the format your contractor needs, and our project managers attend weekly progress meetings.
