Every extension comes with iOS and Android softphone apps that ride your data connection — staff make and receive calls from their work number anywhere in the world without revealing their personal mobile. Desktop softphones (Windows and Mac) integrate with Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

Yes. Several of our supported platforms integrate as Teams direct-routing providers — your staff make and receive calls inside Microsoft Teams using your business number. We handle the SBC configuration and Teams tenant setup.
Call recording is legal in the UAE provided callers are informed (typically via an IVR announcement: "This call may be recorded for quality and training purposes"). We configure compliant announcements, encrypted storage, and retention policies aligned with UAE PDPL.
For business continuity we configure SIP trunk failover to a secondary ISP, or PSTN-failover via a hybrid gateway that drops to analog lines automatically. Mobile softphones continue working on 4G/5G data, so staff stay reachable.
