Email is the most under-engineered system in most UAE businesses. Free Gmail or shared-hosting mailboxes work until they don't — until messages land in the spam folder, until a phishing-spoofed domain damages your reputation, until you lose three days to a compromised account. Every deployment includes the email authentication trio — SPF, DKIM and DMARC — properly configured. These three records are the difference between your email landing in inboxes and landing in spam.

Migration from existing platforms is a routine operation, not a special project. We use Microsoft Migration Manager or BitTitan for staged moves: mailboxes copy in the background while the old system stays live, calendars and contacts come across, OneDrive/Drive content is synced, then we cut DNS over during a low-traffic window. Most clients are migrated over a weekend with zero email loss.

Security is non-negotiable.
