Modern intercom systems are no longer a buzz-and-press affair. Today's IP intercoms combine high-definition video, two-way audio, smartphone extensions, lift-control integration and tight access-control coordination — turning the front door into a properly engineered security checkpoint.

We design for the scale and complexity of your project — from single villa video doorbells to 50-floor towers with hundreds of apartments, a concierge desk and lift-floor restrictions.

Multi-tenant deployments deserve special attention. We build the resident directory once and maintain it through a web admin panel — no rewiring when residents move in or out. Each apartment gets an indoor monitor (touchscreen) with video preview, talk button, door-release button and an optional alarm panel. Visitors at the lobby panel can scroll through a searchable directory or enter the apartment number directly.

Mobile-app integration changes how residents handle the front door. When a visitor presses an apartment button, the residents' phones ring with full video. They can answer from anywhere — at work, traveling, or just on the balcony — see who's there, talk, and release the door if appropriate. The same app handles delivery codes and guest pre-registration.

Lift integration is where premium installs differentiate. A visitor verified at the lobby gets the lift sent to the correct floor automatically, with that floor's button enabled and others disabled. Stops on other floors are blocked. This single feature eliminates a significant security gap in conventional residential buildings.

Reliability is engineered in: PoE-powered door stations with battery backup at the concierge, redundant network paths in the riser, and configuration backups stored centrally. Every project ends with documentation: floor plans showing every device, resident directory, admin training and a 24/7 support number.
