Networking & IT

Enterprise networks, servers and cloud connectivity engineered for uptime and scale — Cisco, HP/Aruba and FortiGate authorised.

A network either disappears into the background as boring infrastructure, or it becomes the thing your business waits on every morning. The difference is engineering — and we engineer networks that disappear. Whether you need a 50-user office LAN or a multi-site WAN with SD-WAN failover between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we design, deploy and operate networks that just work.

Our architectures are built around Tier-1 vendors: Cisco for switching and routing, HP/Aruba for campus Wi-Fi, FortiGate for firewalling, and Dell or HPE for servers. Engineers hold CCNA and CCNP certifications and we are authorised resellers — meaning genuine hardware, current warranties and direct vendor escalation when issues need it.

A typical enterprise deployment covers: core/distribution/access switching with redundant uplinks and link aggregation; enterprise Wi-Fi 6 or 6E with site-survey-driven AP placement and seamless roaming between APs and floors; perimeter and internal firewalling with VLAN segmentation, NAC and Zero-Trust policies; site-to-site and remote-access VPN; on-premises servers and storage; and integration with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for productivity and identity.

Reliability comes from redundancy where it counts and ruthless simplicity everywhere else. We use redundant core switches, dual power supplies on critical hardware, dual ISP links with automatic failover, and tested backup and disaster recovery procedures. Backups are validated by restoration test, not just by 'green checkmark' status.

Security is built in, not bolted on. Network segmentation isolates guest, IoT, CCTV and corporate traffic. NAC enforces device posture. Firewalls run modern IPS, SSL inspection and DNS filtering. We log to a central SIEM (or your existing one) so security events are reviewable and auditable. For high-risk industries we add MFA, conditional access and privileged-access management.

Every project includes a 24/7 monitoring option — proactive alerting on switch failures, ISP outages, low backup space and abnormal traffic patterns. Combined with our AMC, that means we often know about an issue and have it resolved before your team notices.

Common questions

Frequently asked

It depends on building geometry, materials and client density — not just square footage. Our standard practice is a free site survey before design, where we use a heat-map tool and physical signal measurement to size the AP count. Typical mid-rise offices need 1 AP per 200-300 sqm with full Wi-Fi 6.
Yes. We use staged migration tools (Microsoft Migration Manager or BitTitan) that move mailboxes and OneDrive content in the background while the old system stays live. Cutover is typically a weekend; users return Monday with email working seamlessly on new infrastructure.
Yes — most enterprise networking projects move into an AMC contract on completion. AMC covers proactive monitoring, scheduled servicing, SLA-backed response, firmware/security updates and an on-call engineer hotline. Tiered plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) match your scale and uptime requirement.
For 2-10 sites we typically deploy SD-WAN over commodity broadband with IPsec tunnels and active-active failover. For larger or higher-security needs we work with du and Etisalat to provision MPLS or dedicated leased lines, with SD-WAN providing application-level routing on top.
