A single contract spans CCTV, access control, networking, PABX, gates, structured cabling, hosting and email — replacing fragmented vendor relationships with one accountable team and one escalation path.
Preventive maintenance is scheduled, not optional. Quarterly site visits cover the things that fail when neglected: camera focus and lens cleaning, NVR storage health, access-control reader contacts, gate-barrier hydraulic levels and photocell alignment, switch port utilisation and firmware updates, server backup verification, UPS battery testing and replacement, and Wi-Fi signal surveys. Each visit produces a documented report with findings and recommendations.
Response is SLA-backed and tracked. Critical-priority issues (system fully down, security breach in progress, business-impacting outage) get a 2-hour remote response and same-day on-site if needed. Standard-priority issues get a 24-hour response. We measure ourselves against these SLAs and publish performance in your quarterly review — accountability that most IT vendors avoid.
Spare parts are kept on-hand, not ordered after failure. We maintain a parts pool of common cameras, switches, access controllers, gate operator boards and PABX components. Failure of a covered item gets a like-for-like replacement on the next site visit, often same-day. Out-of-warranty parts are quoted at transparent component cost plus a fixed margin — no inflated markups.
Quarterly business reviews are where the AMC delivers strategic value. We present uptime statistics, ticket trends, equipment lifecycle status (which devices are approaching end-of-life and should be budgeted for replacement), security update compliance, and a 12-month outlook. For larger clients we attend operations meetings or board reviews on request.
